Management of Anaphylaxis

Allergy symptoms aren't usually life-threatening, but a severe allergic reaction can lead to Anaphylaxis. It is a serious allergic reaction that has a rapid in onset time and can cause death.

It can causes more than one of the following:

  • A very itchy rash
  • Swelling of the throat or tongue
  • Shortness of breath
  • Vomiting,
  • Lightheadedness
  • Low blood pressure
  • Death

These symptoms typically come on quickly.
